There are severals steps in the Oakgrounds Inc. consulting process:
- Interview - We need to understand how you work. What do you have now and where do you want to go? This is also a good time to talk about security and backups systems.
- Proposal - every business is different. We might propose a big overhaul, or a step by step changes to get where you want to be.
- Implementation - Now we get to work. We build and test, test and test
- Training - Mac being Apple, very little training is usually required. However some is helpful since almost nobody reads the manuals (We do!). There are a lot of hidden feature in Macs.
- Measurement - Live operation is different than testing operations. Here is where we look if the system preforms within acceptable margins.
